All equipment will be give it's own barcode idenification.
A visual inspection of the equipment will be carried out.
A coprehensive full electrical test will be carried out using the must uptodate electrical testers.
The equipment will then be labeled with a Passed Or Failed label.
You will get a detailed report of all the appliances tested and their status in one of thr following formats Paper, CD or PDF via Email. |

Each site will receive the results as described above.
The contract manager will receive a database of all site and this will be up dated on a quartly basis.
The database will be very coprehensive containing all site, location and asset detail including test results.
This service level is ideal for any organisation or local authorities with muilty sites. |

Each site will receive the results as described above in the silver package.
With this package we will carry out what we call cable mangement for all the power supplies under
the desk.
Example
We will eliminate all dasiy chained cables.
we will replace any leads that are not long enough to reach a wall socketwe will re-route any cable that cross gang ways
(Please note this is only possible if you have enough wall sockets in the first place).
EXTRA
This is only avalible to customers who return on concecative years or contract work.
Example
You may wish to have full testing carried out in the first year and visual inspections for the
following two years.
This is ideal for those who change their offices around frequently.
